物品不合管理运输处理规定
(一)在出发站停止发运,通知托运人提取,运费不退。
(1) Stop shipping at the departure station, notify the shipper of the withdrawal, and the freight will not be refunded.
(二)在中转站停止运送,通知托运人,运费不退,并对品名不符的货件,按照实际运送航段另核收运费。
(2) Stop transshipment at the transfer station, notify the shipper that the freight is not refundable, and check and collect the freight according to the actual transshipment section.
(三)在到达站,对品名不符的货件,另核收全程运费。
(3) At the arrival station, the freight charges will be charged for the goods whose names are not in conformity with each other.
货物自发出到货通知的次日起14日无人提取,到达站应当通知始发站,征求托运人对货物的处理意见;满60日无人提取又未收到托运人的处理意见时,按无法交付货物处理。 对无法交付货物,应当做好清点、登记和保管工作。
If the goods are not picked up on the 14th day following the notice of arrival, the arrival station shall notify the originating station for the shipper's opinion on the handling of the goods; if no one picks up the goods on the 60th day and the shipper's opinion on the handling of the goods has not been received, the goods shall be handled as if they cannot be delivered. For goods that cannot be delivered, the work of inventory, registration and storage should be done well.
凡属国家禁止和限制运输物品、贵重物品及珍贵文史资料等货物应当无价移交国家主管部门处理;凡属一般的生产、生活资料应当作价移交有关物资部门或商业部门;凡属鲜活、易腐或保管有困难的物品可由承运人酌情处理。如作毁弃处理,所产生的费用由托运人承担。 经作价处理的货款,应当及时交承运人财务部门保管。从处理之日起90日内,如有托运人或收货人认领,扣除该货的保管费和处理费后的余款退给认领人;如90日后仍无人认领,应当将货款上交国库。对于无法交付货物的处理结果,应当通过始发站通知托运人。
Goods prohibited and restricted by the State shall be handed over to the competent authorities of the State for processing without price; goods of general means of production and living shall be handed over to the relevant departments of materials or commerce at a price; goods of fresh, perishable or difficult storage may be handled by the carrier at his discretion. Payments processed by pricing shall be submitted to the carrier's financial department for safekeeping in a timely manner. Within 90 days from the date of processing, if the shipper or consignee claims the goods, the balance after deducting the storage fee and handling fee of the goods shall be refunded to the consignee; if no one claims the goods after 90 days, the money shall be submitted to the treasury. The shipper shall be notified of the result of the disposal of the goods that cannot be delivered through the departure station.
