1、车辆行驶的距离。这个距离是指原居住地到搬家目的地之间的距离。基准距离是15公里，若不超出则不加收费用。超过15公里，一般每公里加收10元。

2、人工搬运的距离。这个距离是指楼口停车地之间的距离。远距离搬运对搬运工人来说是很辛苦 的，所以要加收费用。基准距离一般是30米，30米之内不加费。超过30米，每米加收5元的搬运费用。一般来说，如果车辆能停到楼前，搬运距离是不会超过30米的，也就不会加费。
